Before your monthly membership begins, the following must be provided:

 

Completed Membership Registration Packet (Click here for the packet)

Copy of the license for each dog

Copy of your declarations page of homeowner or renter insurance (Liability=$100,000).

Copy of vaccination records for Rabies, Parvovirus, Distemper for each dog.

The membership fee.  (Cash, Check or Credit Card is accepted). 

 

Membership fees are paid a month in advance.  Each member will receive an invoice via email noting the cost of the membership for the next month. Please notify the K9 Freedom Center Office at 703-779-8082 or by return email if you choose not to participate that month.  There is no contract to sign - it is a month to month membership offer. The monthly membership allows you to schedule the pen for 4 (four) 2 hour meet-ups per month.  That's a $10.00 savings over the per visit passes.

 

 

Per Visit Passes

 

Per visit or “day” passes can be purchased for $10.00 per dog per visit. (It allows you to schedule the pen for one - 2 hour group meet-up.) These passes can be used to schedule the pens for specific playgroup meet-ups and swimming for special events.  Each person planning to be present at the event would need to fill out and sign the Waiver form and abide by all the rules governing the K9 Freedom Center.  For more information or to make arrangements, please email info@k9freedomcenter.com.
